What TERENI is

TERENI shows free slots and lets you book them online. The platform is an intermediary: a booking is an agreement between you (the player) and the venue. TERENI does not own the venues and does not charge you for playing.

Bookings

A booking is confirmed the moment you make it and the venue is notified. Payment happens directly at the venue, at the prices shown on the platform.

A booking requires a name and a phone number. Email is optional — if you leave one, you get a confirmation and a cancellation link.

Cancellation and no-shows

A booking can be cancelled up to 3 hours before the start, via the manage link. After that, cancellation is an arrangement directly with the venue.

If you don't show up without cancelling, the venue may record it. Repeated no-shows can mean your phone number is temporarily blocked from new bookings.

Fair use

At most 2 active bookings per phone number are allowed at the same time. Fake bookings, bookings with someone else's details, or attempts to interfere with the system lead to blocking.

Liability

TERENI works to keep the displayed availability accurate, but the venue keeps the final record. If a venue cancels or changes a slot, contact it directly — its phone number is on the venue's page.

TERENI is not responsible for the venue's own service (court condition, equipment, injuries during play).

Changes to these terms

The terms may change. The date of the last change is always shown at the top. Substantial changes will be announced on the home page.
